3Sigma maintains a testing laboratory in Charlotte, NC for your use. Testing is normally provided at no cost or obligation. The lab is configured to run Loss-in-Weight or Gain-in-Weight tests with the following equipment.

Mass Flow hoppers ranging from 0.02 to 15 CF are used in testing weekly.
All tests are run onto check scales, from which all test data is generated, to verify results shown by the controller in use.
3Sigma maintains a variety of controllers for testing. We have found that certain controllers significantly outperform others based upon feed rates, batch time and batch size. Therefore we currently stock:
