Store your bulk product in silos or bulk bags to save on raw material costs and labor.  Automatically transfer these products, either pneumatically or mechanically, by weight, to your mixer.  Add your minor ingredients with a bag dump station.

Mixer technologies have changed dramatically in the past decade.  High Intensity Mixers and Hybrid Ribbon Mixers can mix one batch in 30 seconds to 5 minutes.  Standard ribbon blenders are also available.  Upon completion a batch can be automatically conveyed to the appropriate BrickMaster™ Coating Feeder at Plant 1, Plant 2 or Plant 3.

Optionally the mixer can dump to a Cone Valve IBC which is delivered to multiple plants via fork truck or via a pneumatic conveying system located in a central location.

Cone valve IBC systems provide GUARANTEED discharge without the need for any operator interface!  We can test your product at our local facility to demonstrate our capabilities with your product.
