- GeoMate™ Feeders
The GeoMate™ Feeding System is a mass flow industrial feeding system based upon our exclusive GeoTray™ feed tray and MassMate™ mass flow hopper. Mass Flow Feeding, High Frequency Dribble Feed, Instant Off and No Moving Parts make it the batching feeder of choice for a wide variety of dry bulk products.
- Batching and Compounding Systems
3Sigma provides gravimetric Gain-in-Weight and Loss-in-Weight batching systems. These systems can vary from a simple manual station to a complex, fully automated system. Quality improvements, raw material savings and labor savings generally begin with your raw material handling system, which is where our industrial system supply begins.
- Dry Material Feeder Technologies
3Sigma manufactures a proprietary, vibratory based Mass Flow Batching Feeder, the GeoMate™, but in no way is your system tied to this dry material feeder. 3Sigma provides screw feeders, flexible screw conveyors, slide gate valves, iris valves, rotary feeders, and weigh belt feeders. Your system requirements will dictate which industrial feeder required.
- Scale Technologies
3Sigma offers the following Scale Technologies: Strain Guage, LVDT, Liquid Dampening, Force Restoration, 1-Point Platform, 3-Point, 4-Point and Weigh Hoppers, sized to your application.
- Control Technologies
3Sigma offers the following Control Technologies: Plug-In Scale Input Card (Connects directly to your PLC, usually via Ethernet); Weight Indicator (Connects directly to your PLC); Traditional Fast/Dribble Batch Controller (Controls feeder at two speeds); Loss-in-Weight Controlled Rate Batch Controller (This control uses closed loop control to accurately control a batch at a defined rate); Off the Shelf Batching Software Packages (Software written specific for Loss-in-Weight batching systems); PLC based Controllers with HMI packages to control the compounding system; Line Conditioners, Digital Scale Outputs and other ancillary control options are used to optimize the batching system.

3Sigma provides a wide variety of bulk material handling accessories to meet your needs. Items include: Silos, Bin Activators, Dust Collection, Bulk Bag Unloaders, Mechanical Conveyors, Pneumatic Conveyors, Mixers, Blenders, Magnets, IBCS, Totes, Valves, Gates and Level Controls.

- Coating Feeders
Industrial Coating Feeders simply allow for a consistent and accurate distribution of your product across a moving object. In application 3Sigma utilizes its proven BrickMaster™ to properly coat your making line, roofing materials, food stuffs or your metal products. Since the BrickMaster™ system is vibratory in nature, applying 1200 to 3600 cycles per minute to the feed tray; it provides a very consistent and accurate distribution of product. These units are supplied as either Volumetric or Loss-in-Weight feeders.
